Not long ago, I went in for a massage with a trusted healer I go to. Before we even started, she asked out of nowhere if I'd been having trouble sleeping. I had — I just hadn't said anything. She'd already mixed an oil for it. I still use it today, and it still works.
That's stayed with me. Over the past several years — through therapy, plant medicine, energy work, family constellation work, and a lot of people who saw things in me I couldn't see myself — I've slowly found my way back to something calmer, steadier, and rebuilt a sense of who I am beyond what I was building. I don't think everyone needs to go through what I went through. But I know there are people out there right now — healing something, or growing into something — who need exactly the kind of help I found, and don't know where to look for it.
That's what I'm building: a way to connect people who are searching with the person who can help or guide them, for a little bit or to the next milestone.
